I am a graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 15 months of experience, currently interning at the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC) in Trivandrum. This role has provided me with valuable exposure to the regulatory framework and operational dynamics of Kerala’s power sector. I am gaining hands-on experience in energy regulation, policy formulation, and system oversight, which has deepened my understanding of how energy systems are managed and governed at the state level.

As part of my responsibilities, I contributed to the Draft Renewable Energy Regulation 2025 and attended all associated public hearings. This experience enhanced my understanding of renewable energy policy, regulatory drafting, and stakeholder consultation processes.

My core interests lie in energy auditing, preventive and shutdown maintenance, and power system analysis. I am passionate about identifying inefficiencies in energy consumption, improving system reliability, and optimizing overall energy usage. I believe that effective energy audits and maintenance strategies not only reduce operational costs but also contribute significantly to environmental sustainability by minimizing energy waste and lowering carbon emissions.

With a growing foundation in both technical expertise and regulatory policy, I am committed to building a career at the intersection of energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. My long-term goal is to contribute to a future where energy is used more responsibly and efficiently—delivering measurable benefits to both businesses and the environment.
